Large kitchen/dining/family area. Very modern and professional finish throughout the property. Off road parking for 2 cars, and lots of spaces available along the road. Good location for the beach. WiFi available and TV with sky package.

Really nice comfortable house. Neely renovated with off road parking for two vehicle and street parking also. Would defiantly recommend.
WiFi didn’t work so the sky glass tv wouldn’t work so no tv. This shouldn’t stop you booking though as the house was wonderful.

Recently extended and renovated property in a quiet street, very close to both Lancing Town and Lancing Beach. Shower rooms upstairs and downstairs of nice quality. Really nice open plan kitchen and living room.
Whilst hard furnishings are of good quality (i.e. Bosch Series 4, LG, downstairs underfloor heading etc.), simple things like bed sheets not fitting the beds, cheap frames and mattresses, automatic lighting in the master bedroom cupboards that flick on and off all through the night. Interesting to arrive with a Christmas tree up in February. There is an electric car charging port at the property but cannot be used. Cheap beds in every spare room (both upstairs and downstairs). Building works still being done at the property. Kitchen sink stank of cigarettes (assumed ashtray washed down the sink just before we arrived with 1 year old baby). Couldn't put recycling in the recycling bin as still full of bottles from last stay. Washing machine not emptied. Instructions say key is on the property wall - What is not clear is that is the drive wall (by the entrance of the drive, not the house...) Thankfully staying as we were having out property renovated but if we would have been staying as a break, this would have really disappointed. This made the price of the stay a little difficult to justify in the end.
